In wich case should I see a GP Online?
Online doctor consultations may be used to address non-emergency medical conditions that do not need a physical examination. Our GPs can treat most ordinary illnesses online. For urgent medical difficulties, see your GP or doctor.
Please keep in mind that you should not utilize this service for emergencies or urgent problems, such as (but not limited to) those mentioned below, since this may cause unnecessary delays in treatment.
If you suspect you are in an emergency or a life-threatening scenario, call your local emergency services immediately, particularly if you or someone who:
has considerable difficulties or does not breathe.
is experiencing a heart attack or stroke.
Has significant chest discomfort.
Has terrible stomach ache.
Has significant bleeding.
Has lost consciousness.
is in an extreme disoriented condition and/or has fits that don't cease
is in suicidal anguish.
is undergoing a major mental health crisis.
For urgent medical conditions, see your general practitioner or doctor in person.
Online consultations do not substitute traditional health services, such as General Practice. You may still need to meet with a healthcare expert in person. You may also be instructed to call emergency services if the physician believes it is essential.
